On this page you can find information about all specific documentation required by event organisers when hiring our services.
Public liability insurance
We are covered by up to £5m public liability insurance.
If you would like to see/get a copy of our insurance certificate for your records just send us an email and we will be happy to provide it to you.
Pat tested equipment
Each electrical appliance we use for catering and events has a valid PAT test certificate and every item is tested regularly by a certified engineer. We can produce valid certificates on request during events or beforehand. Please contact us if you require the certificate in advance.
Risk assessments
Our standard risk assessment, which you can download below, covers all areas of our activities performed during events and stall sales. For anything specialised not covered in the standard Risk Assessment please contact us before the event so that we can produce the relevant assessment in time.
